Description:

Dealership Performance 360 is a growing industry leader in customer relationship

management. Our office in Puerto Vallarta is assembling an appointment setting team

dedicated to making calls, generating interest in our company, learning about the industries we

serve and scheduling demos for our sales reps.

What we're looking for:

• A confident go-getter

• A motivated self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running

• Someone with positive energy who can make connections with potential clients

• Experience with cold calling helpful

Job functions & requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Schedule demos for potential customers to learn about our product

• Perfect/advanced English proficiency (verbal & written)

• Very comfortable communicating with clients in English

• Must have a strong phone presence

• Basic computer skills

• Positive attitude !!!

Full Stack Developer

Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer ready to join an established and growing

company with offices in the U.S. and Mexico? You will join our development teams to help

build one of the leading CRM software applications for the motorcycle, boat and recreational

vehicle markets. We're looking for experienced full stack developers with good experience in

modern software development. We are looking for programmers who know how to write great

code and contribute to the future of the application. You have excellent experience developing

in PHP, AngularJS / Angular 5+ (migration to Angular 10 in progress) and MySQL. You should

be excited to work on an enterprise web application and be a strong independent problem

solver. We have several cross-functional teams with short 2 week sprints and a consistent

work pace. You will help drive innovation in an exciting market and must be capable of great

communication across teams and job functions.

Required Experience

• At least 7 years experience as a developer/software engineer

• At least 5 years experience with PHP

• At least 3 years experience with AngularJS or Angular5+

• At least 3 years experience MySQL

• Fluent in English language is required

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Agile Development and SCRUM

• CakePHP 3.x

• AngularJS / Angular5+ (Migrating to Angular 10)

• Typescript

• MySQL

• NodeJS

• RESTful API Design

• Public APIs

• CRM experience (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Sugar, Sage)

Responsibilities

• Develop, Test, and Deploy complex software solutions that solve real world

challenges.

• Work with Customer Support and QA to troubleshoot and resolve bugs (rotating

basis)

• Recommend solutions to enhance product performance and functionality.

• Help other team members understand agile software development practices

Requisitos:

• Sexo indistinto

• Experiencia y buen conocimiento manejando hojas de calculo

• Ingles avanzando o nativo - 100% hablado y escrito

• Buena comunicación

• Actitud de servicio

• Excelente organización

• Disponibilidad

• Buenas habilidades manejando equipo de computo

• Sin miedo a llamar/mandar emails a clientes de habla inglesa

• Experiencia en customer service

Algunas funciones:

• Recibir llamadas de clientes extranjeros

• Brindar soporte y seguimiento a clientes

• Capacitar a nuevos clientes en el CRM
